The Microfiber Towel Base Fabric - Swing is a 100% polyester fabric with a weight of 200 gr/m2 and a width of 160 cm, specifically designed for use in bath towels, kitchen cloths, and bathrobes. Its texture is soft and smooth to the touch, making it very pleasant for the skin. The printed design is artistic in style, drawn with very little complexity, and inspired by painting. With a vibrant multicolor as its base, this design can be complemented with solid colors such as white, yellow, or orange to give it a fresher, more summery appearance. The fabric is digitally printed with the design on one side.
In terms of its general characteristics, this microfiber fabric is perfect for creating bath and kitchen products due to its absorbent and quick-drying properties. Furthermore, being polyester, it is resistant to wear and wrinkles. The printed design is very simple, which gives the final product a touch of elegance and subtlety.
The applications and uses of this fabric are very broad; it is not only limited to bath towels and kitchen cloths but can also be used for creating sportswear thanks to its high breathability. Additionally, microfiber is a popular choice in the bedding industry, for items like pillowcases and sheets, due to its softness and lightness.
It is important to note the special care instructions for this fabric. Do not bleach, tumble dry, or iron. The maximum washing temperature is 30ºC, and the garment is not suitable for dry cleaning.
The printing technology used to create this printed design is sublimation. This technique involves printing the image onto transfer paper with sublimation ink and then transferring it to the fabric using heat and pressure. The advantage of sublimation is that it allows for high-quality printing that is durable and resistant to washing and wear.
