The Atenas Cotton-Touch Jersey Knit Fabric is a soft, elastic fabric with a composition of 81% polyester, 15% acrylic, and 4% elastane, with a weight of 239 gr/m2 and a width of 150 cm. The fabric features an abstract-style printed design with spots and standard complexity, with tile shapes and artistic painting. The main colors in the design are multi-colored, allowing for a wide range of combinations with solid colors. The fabric is printed with the stamped design on one side using digital textile printing.
The soft and elastic texture of the fabric gives it a pleasant feel to the touch and great adaptability to the body. The printed design is complex and artistic, with a mix of shapes and colors that create an abstract and pictorial sensation. The combination of both characteristics, the fabric and the design, results in a unique combination that allows for the creation of high-quality, soft, and elastic garments that combine design and comfort in a single piece.
The Atenas Cotton-Touch Jersey Knit Fabric is suitable for a wide range of applications and uses, such as creating lingerie, pajamas, womens and mens knitwear, tops, and dresses. It can also be used in the creation of fashion accessories such as scarves, foulards, and socks, as well as in the creation of blankets for the living room or bedroom. The abstract and artistic printed design adapts to a wide range of fashion styles and trends.
To ensure a long lifespan for the fabric, some special care should be taken into account. Bleaching of the fabric is not recommended, and it should be washed at a maximum temperature of 30ºC. Dry cleaning is also allowed, except with trichloroethylene; ironing should be at low temperature, and it cannot be tumble-dried.
The printing technology used in the manufacturing of the fabric is sublimation, a technique that allows the transfer of ink from the printer to the fabric through the use of heat and pressure. This ensures high-definition print quality and long-lasting design on the fabric. The printing is done on one side of the fabric using direct-to-fabric printing technology.
