The base fabric is a polyester lycra called Cairo, weighing 220 gr/m2, with a composition of 90% polyester and 10% elastane, which makes it an elastic and soft-touch fabric. In addition, it has a chlorine-resistant finish and high UV protection, making it ideal for sportswear, swimwear, and lingerie.
The printed design has a simple complexity, is inspired by painting, and its style is artistic. Its predominant multicolor makes it very versatile to combine with other plain colors such as black, white, or pastel shades. The design is printed on one side by digital textile printing.
The fabrics characteristics are its elastic and soft-touch texture, making it very comfortable to wear. Likewise, its high UV protection and chlorine resistance make it a good choice for sportswear and swimwear. The printed design adds a touch of creativity and originality to any garment.
The applications and uses of this fabric are very versatile, from sportswear to swimwear, including lingerie and fashion wear. Its elastic and soft texture makes it ideal for knitwear such as tops and bras. It is also widely used in the creation of bikinis and swimsuits, thanks to its chlorine resistance and UV protection.
For its conservation, it is recommended to machine wash at a maximum temperature of 40ºC and not to bleach it. Dry cleaning is allowed, except with trichloroethylene, and it should be ironed at a cool temperature. Tumble drying is not recommended for this fabric.
The printing technology used on this fabric is sublimation (polyester). This technique prints directly onto the fabric thanks to a process of evaporation of ink pigments that adhere to the polyester fibers. The result is a high-quality and highly durable design, with excellent definition of colors and details.
