Velvet Corduroy - Dublin is a soft and shiny fabric with a hand-painted abstract art print in multi-colors. The design is simple yet artistic, and it perfectly suits any upholstery or fashion project. The main colors of the design are multi-color, offering many possibilities for combination with other solid colors. The fabric is printed with the design on one side using digital textile printing.
Regarding its general characteristics, the fabric has a soft texture and a visual sheen that gives it a luxurious look. The weight of 280 gr/m2 and the composition of polyester, polyamide, and elastane provide great versatility for various applications, from upholstery to fashion garments. Furthermore, the printed design is resistant to wear and fading.
In terms of its applications and uses, the fabric is suitable for upholstering chairs, armchairs, and sofas, as well as for making trousers, jackets, blazers, coats, vests, bags, or accessories such as backpacks. It is also ideal for making bedroom, living room, or kitchen cushions, and for living room baskets. The elegant character of the fabric adapts very well to modern or contemporary style interiors.
Fabric care should be carefully considered to ensure its durability. It is recommended to wash the fabric at a maximum temperature of 30ºC, iron at a low temperature, and avoid bleaching or tumble drying. Additionally, although dry cleaning is permitted, the use of trichloroethylene should be avoided.
The printing technology used on this fabric is polyester sublimation. This digital textile printing process uses special ink and paper that are transferred to the fabric using heat and pressure, providing excellent print quality. The ink fuses with the fabric instead of simply adhering to the surface, making the design resistant to wear and fading.
