The organic cotton twill - Florence is a soft yet rigid fabric, ideal for making clothes and accessories thanks to its 100% organic cotton composition and its density of 195 gr/m2. As for its printed design, it presents a simple complexity with a drawn painting style with a touch of modern art and a black and white tone with a multicolor effect. This design could be combined with plain fabrics in black, white or grey to complement its artistic aesthetic. It is important to mention that this fabric is printed with the design only on one side using digital textile printing.
As for the general characteristics, the fabric has a soft but rigid texture, ideal for use in garments and accessories. The printed design is resistant and durable, thanks to the reactive direct printing technology used in its manufacture. The applications and uses of the fabric include its use in decoration for frames and paintings, in clothing such as trousers, overshirts, jeans, shorts or Bermuda shorts, as well as in the making of accessories such as toiletry bags or purses. It is also suitable for use in home textiles, such as cushions, tablecloths, napkins and table runners.
Regarding the care that should be taken for this fabric, it is important to avoid bleaching and wash it at maximum temperatures of 30ºC. Dry cleaning is allowed except with trichloroethylene, it is recommended to iron at low temperature and not to use a tumble dryer.
Finally, the printing technology used for the manufacture of this fabric is reactive direct printing, which is applied by inkjet with reactive inks to the natural organic cotton fibers. This allows for high resolution and faithful reproduction of the design, guaranteeing the quality and durability of the fabric.
