The Recycled Crepe Chine Fabric - Eros is a crepe fabric with a composition of 100% polyester. Its weight is 82 gr/m2 and its width is 150cm, which makes it a thin and soft fabric to the touch. Its printed design is characterized by its simplicity and a decorative botanical style, where artistic plants and flowers with a multicolor tone predominate. This design can be perfectly combined with plain tones such as white, black, green, pale pink and pastel yellow.
The fabric is printed on one side by digital textile printing, which allows for a better finish in the printed design and greater durability of the color. The texture of the fabric is translucent and grainy, which gives it a subtle and elegant appearance.
Regarding the applications and uses of the fabric, it can be used in fashion for both women and men in the making of dresses, blouses, skirts and shirts. In addition, its versatility also makes it suitable for lingerie and scarves.
Certain care should be taken to prolong the life of the fabric, such as not bleaching it, washing it at maximum temperatures of 30ºC, dry cleaning is allowed except for trichloroethylene, ironing at cold temperature and it should not be tumble dried.
The printing technology used in the manufacturing of this fabric is sublimation on polyester, which consists of printing the graphic design on transfer paper using sublimation ink and then transferring it to the fabric using heat and pressure. This allows the colors to be brighter and more durable, unlike direct printing on cotton or silk fabrics.
