Polyester Lycra - Nairobi 270 gr/m2

The Lycra Polyester fabric - Nairobi is an elastic lycra with a composition of 82% polyester and 18% elastane, with a weight of 270 gr/m2 and a width of 150 cm. Its printed design with standard complexity, black and white style, cloud shapes and nature in sky and clouds, has main multicolored colors that give it a modern and vibrant touch. This design can be combined with plain garments in blue and black tones to maintain a minimalist style. The fabric is printed with the design on one side by digital textile printing.

The characteristics of the fabric are its soft texture and great elasticity, with a chlorine-resistant finish and very high UV protection 50+. On the other hand, the attributes of the printed design give it a modern and abstract style, with a natural touch that makes it ideal for fresh and sports garments. In addition, the fabric is versatile and suitable for lingerie, swimwear, sportswear, leotards, tights and leggings, being suitable for any season.

Regarding care, it is recommended not to bleach, wash at a maximum temperature of 40ºC and avoid the use of trichloroethylene when dry cleaning. It should not be tumble dried and ironing should be done at low temperature.

The printing technology used in the manufacturing of this fabric is sublimation on polyester, which allows the design to be digitally printed in a resistant and durable way. This technique consists of transferring pigments through heat and pressure that activate polymers on the surface of the fabric, fusing them with it and creating a high quality and resolution result.
