The base fabric is a polyester lycra called Cairo, with a weight of 220 gr/m2 and a composition of 90% polyester and 10% elastane. This fabric is elastic and soft to the touch, providing great comfort for those who wear it. In addition, it has a chlorine-resistant finish and very high UV protection of factor 50+.
The printed design presented is simple but colorful, with circular shapes, which gives it a modern look. The main colors are multicolored, making this fabric easy to combine with other solid colors such as black, white, pink, or turquoise.
It is important to note that the fabric is printed with the stamped design on one side only using digital textile printing. This means that only one side of the fabric features the design, and the other side is completely plain.
This Cairo polyester lycra fabric is ideal for different applications and uses, such as sportswear for men, women, and children, lingerie, bras, tops, bikinis, and swimsuits. In addition, it is also suitable for making scrunchies.
It is important to keep in mind some care instructions when using and washing this fabric. It is not recommended to bleach or tumble dry it, but dry cleaning is accepted, as long as trichloroethylene is not used. As for ironing, it should be done at a cool temperature.
The printing technology used to manufacture this fabric is sublimation, which consists of transferring ink from transfer paper to the fabric by applying high temperature and pressure. This technique allows the colors to remain for a long period of time and the fabric to undergo minimal alteration in its texture and quality.
