The Lycra Polyester fabric - Nairobi is a high-quality elastic fabric with a weight of 270 gr/m2 and a composition of 82% polyester and 18% elastane. This fabric is perfect for use in lingerie, swimwear, and sportswear thanks to its chlorine-resistant finish and very high UV protection 50+. The printed design is simple yet colorful, with circular patterns and a modern art style. The main colors are multicolored, making it easy to combine with plain garments in blue or pink tones. The fabric is printed with the design on one side using sublimation technology on polyester.
In terms of its general characteristics, the fabric is soft to the touch, elastic, and has a pleasant texture. The printed design is complex yet simple, with circular patterns that create an interesting color combination throughout the fabric. In addition, the fabric is perfect for lingerie, swimwear, and sportswear thanks to its high resistance and UV protection.
As for applications and uses, the fabric is perfect for making lingerie, swimwear, and sportswear such as tights, leggings, bodysuits, and leotards. The elasticity of the fabric allows for a perfect fit to the body, making it ideal for tight-fitting garments.
Regarding care, it is recommended to machine wash at a maximum temperature of 40ºC, iron at a cool temperature, and do not bleach or tumble dry. Dry cleaning is also recommended, except for trichloroethylene.
Finally, the fabric is printed with sublimation technology on polyester, which means that the design is printed on one side of the fabric by applying ink through a heat process. This ensures a durable and high-quality print.
