The 270 gr/m2 Polyester Lycra fabric - Nairobi features a galaxy printed design with standard complexity and a vibrant style. The design comes in multicolor and can be combined with solid colors such as black, dark blue, or grey. This fabric is digitally printed with the design on one side only.
Regarding its general characteristics, the fabric is elastic and chlorine-resistant, making it a good choice for lingerie, sportswear, or swimwear. Additionally, it boasts a very high UV protection factor of 50+. The printed design provides a unique texture, simulating the look of a galaxy, which makes it a good option for modern and innovative garment designs.
Concerning the applications and uses of the fabric, it is worth noting that it is suitable for lingerie, sportswear, swimwear, or fashion garments in general. For lingerie, the fabrics elasticity provides extra comfort in body-hugging garments, while for sportswear or swimwear, chlorine resistance and UV protection offer functionality and durability.
It is important to consider certain guidelines for the care of this fabric, such as not bleaching it, washing it at a maximum of 40ºC, not tumble drying, and ironing it at a low temperature. Dry cleaning is also allowed, except with trichloroethylene.
Finally, the fabric is manufactured using sublimation printing technology (polyester), which allows the design to be printed directly onto the fabric, achieving high image quality and greater durability of the printed design. It should be noted that this type of fabric is not printed on both sides, but on one side only.
