The Glasgow broadcloth fabric features a composition of 93% polyester, 5% viscose, and 2% elastane, with a weight of 380 gr/m2 and a width of 150 cm. Its printed design, in a decorative and modern art style, depicts tulips and artistic flowers in multi-colored tones. This fabric, printed on one side using digital textile printing, offers a soft texture to the touch and harmonizes well with solid dark colors such as black or grey.
Regarding its characteristics, the fabric stands out for its weight and resistance, making it a good choice for making warm garments like coats, trench coats, jackets, and blazers. Furthermore, its printed design will give any textile project an original and modern touch.
The fabrics application is varied, for both fashion and home, being usable as altar cloths, coasters, or kitchen towels. On the other hand, its most common applications focus on winter and autumn/winter 2021 fashion.
When caring for this fabric, it is recommended not to bleach, wash at a maximum of 40° C, and iron at a warm temperature. Likewise, dry cleaning and tumble drying should be avoided.
It is worth mentioning that this fabric is manufactured with sublimation printing technology (polyester), which allows for full-color design printing on one side. With this printing technique, the design is embedded in the fabric, offering greater definition and resistance to use and washing.
