Se trata de un tejido con relieve y al ser impreso presenta fuerza de color en las fibras más externas quedando en su color natural las fibras internas. Puede presentar pequeñas trazas, hilos o borra dada su naturaleza reciclada y cuya aparición, aunque se de en un % bajo de ocasiones, es totalmente arbitraria e inevitable. |
The Tweed - Chanel fabric is a rigid polyester fabric with a weight of 420 gr/m2 and a width of 150cm. Its printed design features a modern, drawn art style, with standard complexity in off-white, sky blue, and brown sugar tones. With these predominant colors, the fabric could be combined with plain garments in white, black, dark blue, and earth tones.
The fabric is printed with the patterned design on one side using digital textile printing, making it an excellent choice for making jackets, blazers, coats, skirts, dresses, bomber jackets, vests, shorts, bow ties, sports vests, and caps. The fabric has a rigid texture and a slightly rough feel that gives it a handmade look, perfectly in line with the street art style present in the design.
Regarding its general characteristics, the Tweed - Chanel fabric is resistant and durable, suitable for winter and autumn garments. Its care requires that it not be bleached, washed at a maximum temperature of 30ºC, avoid trichloroethylene in dry cleaning, iron at a cool temperature, and not be tumble dried.
The printing technology used to manufacture this fabric is sublimation, which allows a high-quality image to be permanently transferred to the fabric, without affecting its durability or softness. With this technology, vibrant and detailed color reproduction is achieved in each printed fabric piece.
