The Amsterdam satin fabric is an elegant and fine fabric with a weight of 120 gr/m2 and a width of 150 cm. Its composition is 100% polyester and it must be cared for delicately following the instructions on the label. We print the patterned design on one side using digital textile printing with our sublimation technology on polyester.
The design of the Amsterdam fabric is of simple complexity and is inspired by the nature of the sky, with a vector pattern of clouds in shades of silk blue (60.62%), cotton white (26.7%), and Gainsboro gray (11.32%). It combines very well with plain colors such as aqua green, pastel pink, or pearl gray, and looks ideal in fashion garments, accessories, and bridal lingerie.
This fabric features a brilliant and smooth touch, allowing you to create high-quality garments with a touch of luxury. Its timeless and autumn/winter 2021 season allows its use throughout the year, while its applications and uses include mens and womens fashion, shirts, blouses, skirts, pants, and tops. It is also perfect for creating kimonos and pajamas or for making scarves and accessories.
Recommendations for the care of this fabric are essential to maintain its appearance and quality. You should not bleach it, wash it at a maximum temperature of 40ºC, and iron it at a warm temperature, avoiding the use of trichloroethylene for dry cleaning and drying it at a reduced temperature in the dryer.
The printing technology we use to create the patterned design on Amsterdam fabric is sublimation on polyester, which allows the printed colors to penetrate the fabric fibers and chemically bond to ensure optimal quality and durability. It is an environmentally friendly technique that guarantees a crisp and vibrant print.
