The Crepe Stretch Knit - Riga is a crepe fabric made of 94% polyester and 6% elastane, which makes it very elastic and soft to the touch. Its weight of 180 gr/m2 and its width of 150 cm make it a very versatile fabric for womens and mens fashion, especially for making dresses, jumpsuits, t-shirts, tops, skirts, pants, cardigans, and knitwear. Its printed design, printed on one side by digital textile printing with sublimation technology (polyester), features standard complexity and a decorative and artistic style, with floral motifs such as artistic and Indian flowers in main colors windows blue, cotton white, and celestial blue. This design perfectly complements solid colors such as black, gray, pastel pink, forest green, and mustard yellow.
This fabric has a soft and grainy texture, which makes it very pleasant to the touch. In addition, its elasticity allows for great adaptability to body shapes. The printed design adds a fresh and original touch to any garment made with this fabric. As for its applications, apart from those mentioned above, this fabric is also suitable for making blouses, bomber jackets or windbreakers, and sports pants.
To ensure that the fabric lasts a long time in optimal condition, the following care instructions must be followed: do not bleach, wash at a maximum temperature of 40°C, dry clean except trichloroethylene, iron at a cool temperature, and tumble dry at a reduced temperature. This way, any damage that may arise in the fabric or in the printed design is avoided.
Finally, sublimation printing technology consists of applying heat and pressure to the surface of the fabric, so that the inks adhere permanently to the fabric, providing high-quality printing with an optimal level of detail and color. This ensures that the printed design is resistant to water and sun, and that it does not crack or lose color over time.
