Polyester Lycra - Cairo 220 gr/m2

Lycra Polyester Fabric - Cairo is a type of elastic fabric with a composition of 90% polyester and 10% elastane, perfect for making sportswear, lingerie, and swimwear. With a weight of 220 gr/m2 and a width of 150 cm, its printed design is inspired by nature, with botanical motifs and a drawn style of standard complexity. The main colors are multicolor, allowing multiple combinations with other plain colors. It is printed on one side by digital textile printing.

Regarding its general characteristics, it stands out for its soft and elastic feel, in addition to being chlorine resistant and having very high UV protection 50+. As for the applications and uses of the fabric, as already mentioned, it is ideal for making sportswear, lingerie, swimwear, tops, bikinis, and swimsuits. Thanks to its elasticity, it adapts perfectly to the body, providing comfort and freedom of movement.

It is important to note the care that should be taken for this fabric. Bleaching and tumble drying are not recommended. The maximum washing temperature is 40ºC and it can be dry cleaned, except for trichloroethylene. Ironing should be done at a cool temperature.

Finally, the printing technology used for the manufacture of this fabric is sublimation, which consists of transferring the ink from paper to fabric thanks to the application of heat and pressure. In this way, a high-quality and durable design is obtained.
