The fabric in question is a transparent chiffon, known as Salamanca, weighing 28 gr/m2 and made of 100% polyester. This fabric is ideal for making delicate and elegant garments such as lingerie, dresses, skirts, scarves, and wedding dresses. Additionally, its perfect for the summer season thanks to its visually transparent texture and delicate, soft feel.
The printed design covering this fabric has an artistic and colorful style, with a graphic polka dot pattern that adds great visual complexity. The main colors are cotton white, seafoam green, and charcoal red, making it perfect to combine with solid-colored garments in pastel and blue tones.
The fabric is printed with the design on one side only using digital textile printing, which means that only one side of the fabric is covered with the design. Its important to note that this type of fabric is not printed on both sides, but rather printed on a single side.
Among the fabrics characteristics, its transparency and delicacy stand out, making it ideal for delicate garments. In terms of its use, its perfect for making lingerie, wedding dresses, and fashion accessories. It can also be used for swimwear such as sarongs and in making childrens garments like dresses.
Regarding the care instructions for this fabric, it is recommended not to bleach and to wash at a maximum temperature of 30ºC. Its also important not to tumble dry and to iron at a cool temperature. Additionally, dry cleaning is recommended, except with trichloroethylene.
The printing technology used to manufacture this fabric is sublimation, a technique that allows direct printing of ink onto the fabric and guarantees high image quality, resistance, and durability.
