The Gabardine - Prada fabric features a very simple and artistic printed design, with circles and polka dots in a decorative and colorful graphic pattern, where cotton white, seafoam green, and charcoal red tones predominate. This fabric is digitally printed with the design on one side, giving it a unique and distinctive finish. In terms of general characteristics, the fabric has a soft and thin texture, making it especially suitable for summer garments such as shirts, skirts, blouses, dresses, or scarves. In addition, its composition of 96% polyester and 4% elastane gives it great resistance and elasticity. On the other hand, the printed design stands out for its very simple complexity and its artistic and decorative style, which makes it perfect for complementing casual and relaxed garments.
Given that the colors of the printed design are predominant, the Gabardine - Prada fabric can be combined with other plain colors in soft tones such as white, beige, or gray, to achieve a harmonious and elegant ensemble. The applications or uses of the fabric in womens/mens fashion garments are wide and varied, from shirts to accessories such as scarves. However, it is important to note that the fabric requires specific care to maintain its characteristics and properties: do not bleach, wash at a maximum temperature of 30ºC, dry cleaning is allowed except for trichloroethylene, cool ironing, and cannot be tumble dried.
Finally, the printing technology used to manufacture the Gabardine - Prada fabric is sublimation, which consists of transferring the design from special paper to the fabric using heat and pressure, allowing great precision in details and total color fixation in the fabric fiber.
