The Recycled Lycra fabric is a high-quality, sustainable elastic fabric composed of 85% polyester and 15% elastane. Its weight of 190 gr/m2 and width of 150 cm make it perfect for swimwear and fashion garments. The printed design featuring peach fruits on a soft ivory white background is characterized by its simplicity, drawn, and graphic pattern. The light orange and camouflage green tones provide a subtle and elegant contrast. The fabric is printed using the sublimation technique on one side by digital textile printing, which allows for exceptional print resolution.
In terms of its features, the fabric is soft and elastic to the touch and has a chlorine-resistant finish and a very high UV protection factor of 50+. Additionally, its GRS certification supports its recycled and sustainable origin. Regarding the design, its peach fruits symbolize freshness and vitality, while its graphic pattern creates a pleasant and discreet visual effect. This design combines perfectly with neutral tones such as black and white, as well as with bolder tones such as red and yellow, to achieve a modern and summery look.
The fabric is ideal for making swimwear and sportswear, such as bikinis, swimsuits, and scrunchies. Its elasticity and chlorine resistance make it perfect to withstand the daily wear and tear of these garments. Appropriate care for the fabric includes washing it at a maximum temperature of 40ºC, ironing it at a cool temperature, and not tumble drying. In addition, it is not recommended to bleach or dry clean it.
As for printing technology, sublimation allows for printing detailed and high-resolution designs using water-based ink and transfer paper. This technique impregnates the ink into the fabric fibers, resulting in a durable and wear-resistant effect. Single-sided printing ensures uniform quality throughout the design, allowing designers to bring their creations to life with a high level of detail and precision.
