The base fabric is a cloth called Glasgow, composed mostly of polyester and viscose, with a little elastane for added elasticity. With a weight of 380 gr/m2, the fabric has a width of 150 cm and is perfect for winter and the autumn/winter 2021 season. The printed design is vibrant and abstract, with a botanical style and nature that evokes artistic and pictorial plants, branches, leaves, and flowers. The main colors are multicolored, which means it is easy to combine with solid colors such as black, dark blue, brown, or beige.
The fabric is printed with the single-sided stamped design by digital textile printing. It has a soft texture and is very pleasant to the touch, making it ideal for clothing items such as coats, jackets or blousons, but also for household items, such as coasters or kitchen towels.
Regarding applications and uses, the fabric is perfect for altars and fashion clothing, for both women and men, including coats, trench coats, blousons, vests, blazers, and jackets. In addition, it can be used in household products such as coasters and kitchen towels for the kitchen-dining room.
The care that should be taken into account for this fabric are: maximum temperatures of 40ºC, avoid bleach, cannot be dry cleaned, iron at warm temperature and do not tumble dry. These cares are important to maintain the quality of the fabric and the stamped design.
The printing technology used to manufacture this fabric is sublimation. This technique uses special inks that, when heated, turn into gas and adhere to the surface of the fabric. This allows the design to be permanently printed on the fabric, without fading or cracking.
