Recycled Lycra fabric - Recycled is a 190 gr/m2 lycra with a soft and elastic feel, chlorine resistant and with very high UV protection 50+, certified as 100% recycled thanks to its sublimation printing technology on polyester. The printed design features a drawn and botanical style with elements of artistic and pictorial plants, branches, leaves and flowers, in multi-color tones. This design can be combined with solid tones in green, pink, yellow and white to create a visual harmony. The fabric is printed with the stamped design on one side by digital textile printing.
The general characteristics of this fabric and design stand out for the softness and elasticity of the fabric, which gives it great flexibility and adaptability to the body in swimwear such as bikinis or swimsuits. In addition, chlorine resistance and very high UV protection make it ideal for swimwear, as well as suitable for other uses such as hair ties or scrunchies.
Recycled Lycra fabric - Recycled requires certain care to maintain its quality over time. It is important to wash at a temperature not exceeding 40ºC, do not use bleaches, avoid dry cleaning and air dry without using a dryer. Ironing should be done at a cool temperature.
Sublimation printing technology on polyester is used to manufacture this fabric. This process involves transferring the design printed on paper to the fabric by heat, which allows obtaining a high quality and durable image on the surface of the lycra. It is important to note that this type of printing is only done on one side of the fabric, so it is necessary to take this particularity into account when making garments.
