Esta referencia de tela está fabricada a partir de botellas de plástico reciclado PET e hilo de poliéster reciclado, por lo que puede presentar pequeñas trazas, hilos o borra dada su naturaleza reciclada y cuya aparición, aunque se de en un % bajo de ocasiones, es totalmente arbitraria e inevitable. También presenta unos indices de encogimiento relevantes que pueden oscilar entre un 4-9 % de encogimiento a lo largo del tejido y un 2% al ancho en función de la pieza. |
Recycled PET Canvas - Dallas is a resistant and durable fabric, with a weight of 260 gr/m2 and a width of 160 cm. Its 100% polyester composition ensures its sustainability as it is recycled, and its GRS certification confirms this. The printed design with multicolor vichy check patterns provides a fresh and youthful air, combining perfectly with solid colors such as white, navy blue, or pastel pink.
The fabrics texture is rough and rigid to the touch, making it perfect for use in decoration applications such as stretchers, paintings, and cushions for both indoor and outdoor use, as well as in fashion, for accessories such as wallets, backpacks, and hats. The single-sided design printed by digital textile printing adds great quality to the final product. In addition, the fabric is opaque, which allows the printed colors to be clearly appreciated.
Regarding care, it is important to note that the fabric should not be bleached and it is recommended to wash at a maximum temperature of 30ºC. It can also be dry cleaned with solvents and ironed at a low temperature. In addition, it can be tumble dried at a reduced temperature to avoid damaging the fibers.
The printing technology used in this fabric is sublimation, specific for polyester fabrics. This printing method allows obtaining sharp and vibrant colors that do not fade over time or with washes.
