The fabric of our printed design is called Paño Glasgow, a composite fabric made of 93% polyester, 5% viscose, and 2% elastane, with a weight of 380 gr/m2 and a width of 150 cm. Its soft touch and texture make it ideal for fashion garments such as coats, jackets, blazers, and jackets, as well as for home textile accessories like coasters and kitchen towels.
The printed design features the complexity characteristic of modern Japanese artistic illustration, with an interesting combination of artistic, pictorial, and realistic floral elements in white, off-white, SteelBlue, and DarkCyan blue tones. Additionally, it could be combined with other plain tones that provide a harmonious contrast, such as grey, black, green, and burgundy.
It is important to note that the fabric is digitally printed with the design on one side only, meaning only one side of the fabric features the print. The fabric is soft to the touch and durable, ideal for lasting season after season if properly cared for.
Regarding care, it should be washed at a maximum temperature of 40ºC without using bleach. Dry cleaning and tumble drying are not recommended to avoid potential damage. Ironing is possible, but at a warm temperature and always on the reverse side to protect the printed design.
The printing technology used to manufacture this fabric is sublimation, a process where ink is directly transferred onto the fabric using heat and pressure, creating durable and high-quality designs in the long term. In summary, the Paño Glasgow fabric printed with our Japanese floral design is characterized by its durability, soft texture, artistic print, and great versatility of applications in fashion and home.
