The Velvety Corduroy Fabric - Dublin is a corduroy fabric composed of 85% polyester, 12% polyamide, and 3% elastane, with a weight of 280 gr/m2 and a width of 150 cm. Its complex printed design is of a romantic, botanical, and decorative style, with pictorial floral elements and artistic flowers in Cadillac pink, light pink, and camouflage green colors. This single-sided design, digitally printed, is soft to the touch and visually lustrous.
This fabric is ideal for use in decoration and fashion. It can be used to upholster chairs, armchairs, and sofas, create trousers, overshirts, jackets, and blazers, as well as accessories like bags and backpacks. It is also perfect for making cushions and home baskets.
To maintain the quality of the fabric, it is recommended not to bleach it, wash it at a maximum temperature of 30ºC, not dry clean it, and only dry clean it with trichloroethylene. Additionally, it should be ironed at a cool temperature and avoid tumble drying.
The printing technology used to manufacture this fabric is sublimation (polyester), which means the design is printed directly onto the fabric using special inks and heat to seal the image into the fibers. This printing method results in a high-quality and durable image.
Regarding color combinations, it can be paired with plain colors in earth tones, beige, and browns for a more classic style, or with stronger and more vibrant colors like red or yellow for a more extravagant and striking aesthetic.
