Esta referencia de tela está fabricada a partir de botellas de plástico reciclado PET e hilo de poliéster reciclado, por lo que puede presentar pequeñas trazas, hilos o borra dada su naturaleza reciclada y cuya aparición, aunque se de en un % bajo de ocasiones, es totalmente arbitraria e inevitable. También presenta unos indices de encogimiento relevantes que pueden oscilar entre un 4-9 % de encogimiento a lo largo del tejido y un 2% al ancho en función de la pieza. |
The Recycled PET Canvas - Dallas features a simple, drawn, and artistic printed design, influenced by floral nature in different styles, including artistic flowers, pictorial florals, and stylized florals in main shades of cotton white, light orange, and royal blue. This design is suitable for various decorative or fashion projects and can be combined with plain fabrics in similar colors like white or orange, or even pastel colors like pink or green.
The fabric is printed with the single-sided design using digital textile printing, which means the drawing quality is sharp and clear on one side of the fabric, making it a suitable choice for projects that do not require the same image on both sides of the fabric. The Recycled PET Canvas - Dallas is a strong and durable polyester fabric with a weight of 260 gr/m2 and a rough and stiff texture and feel, as well as an opaque visual texture.
The applications and uses of the fabric are varied, commonly used for interior decoration and DIY, such as in the creation of pillows, curtains, furniture upholstery, placemats, aprons, toiletry bags, and coin purses. In fashion, it is suitable for making pants, accessories like backpacks, wallets, and tote bags, as well as hats. Additionally, it has GRS certification and is considered a sustainable option as it is made from recycled materials.
It is important to consider that to care for the fabric, it is recommended not to use bleach and to wash at a maximum temperature of 30ºC. It can be dry cleaned with solvents, ironed at low temperature, and tumble dried at reduced temperature.
Finally, the Recycled PET Canvas - Dallas is manufactured with sublimation printing technology (polyester), a process in which the ink turns into gas and penetrates the fabric fibers, achieving a result in definition and resistance in the printed image.
