The base fabric is Polyester Lycra - Nairobi, 270 gr/m2, a resistant and elastic fabric with a composition of 82% polyester and 18% elastane. The printed design is of standard complexity with a tropical and botanical style, featuring plant motifs, leaves, pictorial and artistic flowers in multi-colors. The fabric is digitally printed on one side only.
The color combination of the printed design makes it ideal for fresh and summery garments, and can be combined with solid colors such as white, sky blue, yellow, and aqua green to highlight the designs color palette. The general characteristics of this fabric and printed design are an elastic texture and feel, as well as being chlorine-resistant and having very high UV protection, factor 50+.
The fabric is used for a wide variety of applications and uses, including lingerie, sportswear, swimsuits, bikinis, leotards, and leggings. In addition, its use in swimwear such as swimsuits and bikinis is widespread due to its chlorine resistance.
To maintain the quality and durability of this fabric, specific care instructions must be followed, such as not bleaching, washing at a maximum temperature of 40ºC, and ironing at a low temperature. It is also important not to tumble dry, and in the case of dry cleaning, products containing trichloroethylene should be avoided.
The printing technology for this fabric is sublimation (polyester), a process in which the image is printed on a special sheet with sublimation ink and transferred by heat to the fabric to create a permanent print. It is important to note that this fabric is only printed on one side.
