Cloth - Glasgow

The base fabric is a high-quality cloth called Paño - Glasgow. Its composition consists of 93% polyester, 5% viscose, and 2% elastane, with a weight of 380 gr/m2 and a width of 150 cm. Fabric care is quite simple, as it only requires washing at a maximum temperature of 40ºC, no bleaching, ironing at a warm temperature, and it cannot be tumble dried. In addition, its application is quite varied, from its use for altars to jackets and coasters.

On the other hand, the printing technology used in the design is sublimation (polyester), which allows the prints to be resistant and stand out for having vibrant and very sharp colors. The design features a graphic pattern, in a botanical style, with leaves and plants that blend and form a harmonious whole. The main colors are pumpkin orange, bell pepper red, and cantaloupe orange. This design can be combined with several solid colors, such as white, black, beige, or brown, which makes it very versatile. It is important to note that the design is printed on one side only, using digital textile printing.

Regarding the general characteristics of both the fabric and the printed design, the soft touch of the fabric stands out, which makes it pleasant to the touch and to the eye, thanks to the complexity of the design and the nature of the leaves and plants, which transmit a feeling of balance and coordination.

The uses and applications of the fabric are quite varied, from making womens and mens coats and jackets, to making coasters for the home. Its versatility allows it to be used in several seasons, such as autumn and winter 2021.

Finally, the printing technology used is sublimation, which consists of printing the design on transfer paper, from which it is transferred to the fabric by applying heat and pressure. This printing method is resistant, durable, and allows the colors to be intense and sharp.
