The base fabric is Velvet Corduroy - Dublin, a corduroy fabric composed mainly of polyester, polyamide, and elastane. Its weight is 280 gr/m2 and it has a width of 150 cm. Its printed design features standard complexity, with a botanical and drawn style that includes nature elements such as artistic flowers and pictorial florals. The main colors of the design are multicolored. This fabric is printed with the design on one side using digital textile printing.
Velvet Corduroy - Dublin has a soft texture and a visual sheen that complement the elements of the printed design. Its general characteristics make it perfect for use in decorating chairs, armchairs, sofas, cushions, baskets, and upholstery in general. In the fashion world, it is ideal for making trousers, overshirts, jackets, blazers, bomber jackets, vests, handbags, and backpacks. This fabric can be combined with solid colors such as burgundy, mustard, and dark green.
To maintain the quality of the fabric, bleaching should be avoided, and it should not be dry cleaned. Dry cleaning is possible, with the exception of trichloroethylene. Ironing should be done at a low temperature, and it cannot be tumble dried.
The printing technology used to manufacture the fabric is polyester sublimation, a process in which the ink transforms into gas and penetrates the fibers of the fabric, ensuring high quality of the printed image and durability over time.
