The fabric in question is the Elastic Knit Crepe - Riga, an elastic fabric with a granular texture, composed of 94% polyester and 6% elastane. It has a weight of 180 gr/m2 and a width of 150 cm, making it highly suitable for both womens and mens fashion garments such as dresses, jumpsuits, t-shirts, skirts, pants, cardigans, and knitwear. This timeless fabric can be used in any season and is printed with sublimation technology (polyester) on one side using digital textile printing.
The fabrics printed design has a standard complexity and falls under the Home Decor and Botanical styles. Regarding the nature of the print, it is predominantly floral, featuring pictorial florals and some artistic flowers. The design has a main color palette in which cotton white is the predominant color, followed by light pink and rose gold.
In technical terms, the fabric is elastic with a granular texture and features a single-sided design print via sublimation. Its application is wide-ranging in fashion garments for both women and men and can fit into different seasons of the year. Furthermore, it boasts high-quality properties in terms of texture and feel.
Among the applications and uses that can be given to this type of fabric, in addition to those mentioned above, are: use for swimwear, leggings, and sportswear, as well as in the creation of party wear. As it is a fabric with a floral print, it is highly combinable with a wide variety of colors, with the most suitable ones being those that complement the predominant color palette of the design.
Regarding the care instructions for this fabric, it is recommended not to bleach it, wash it at a maximum temperature of 40ºC, and iron it at a low temperature. Likewise, it is suitable for dry cleaning except for trichloroethylene treatment, and can be tumble dried at a reduced temperature.
Finally, sublimation technology (polyester) is used for printing the design on the fabric. This is a digital textile printing technique that allows for the transfer of ink to the fabric, achieving a durable and high-quality finish that integrates perfectly with the fabric.
