The fabric we are discussing is the Brushed Sweatshirt Fabric - Boston, primarily designed for use in the winter and fall/winter 2021 seasons. Its composition is 100% polyester, with a weight of 220 gr/m2 and a width of 160 cm. It holds GRS certification and is considered a sustainable fabric because it is recycled. Its care requires meticulous attention: do not bleach, and it is recommended to wash at a maximum temperature of 40ºC, although dry cleaning is allowed except for trichloroethylene. Ironing is not recommended, and it can be tumble dried at a reduced temperature.
The printed design on the fabric is abstract and paisley in style, of standard complexity, featuring decorative and artistic graphic patterns. The main colors of the design are Night Blue (42.36%), DarkCyan Blue (15.03%), and Refractory Brick Red (14.97%). This design can be easily combined with solid colors such as black, gray, white, dark blue, or red.
This fabric has a brushed finish, which makes it very pleasant to the touch and offers greater thermal insulation. It is suitable for use in fashion garments such as sweatshirts, tracksuits, toiletry bags, and backpacks. Its digital textile printing is single-sided, meaning it is only printed on one side of the fabric.
The printing technology used in the manufacturing of this fabric is sublimation (polyester). This printing process uses special ink and transfer paper to create designs on polyester-based fabrics. The design is first printed on paper and then transferred to the fabric using heat. It is a technique that allows for high-resolution printing and a wide variety of designs and colors.
