The base fabric is the Antibacterial Water-Repellent Fabric - Tromso, a technical fabric made of 100% polyester with a weight of 160 gr/m2 and a width of 150 cm. Its print combines pictorial and artistic floral elements in predominant shades of cotton white, cloud grey, and sage brown, belonging to the botanical, decorative, and drawn styles. This design can be combined with plain colors such as pistachio green and sky blue. The fabric is digitally printed with the design on one side only.
The base fabric has general characteristics such as its water-repellent and antibacterial finish, which gives it resistance and durability. The printed design, for its part, stands out for its complexity and elegance, combining modern and classic elements in a harmonious composition. Among the applications and uses of this fabric, its use for fashion and accessories, interior decoration, and home accessories, such as cushions and tablecloths, stands out. Likewise, its water-repellent finish makes it ideal for making outdoor sun loungers.
It is important to note that this fabric requires specific care, such as no bleaching, washing at a maximum temperature of 60ºC, dry cleaning except for trichloroethylene, ironing at a warm temperature, and avoiding tumble drying.
The printing technology used to manufacture this fabric is sublimation, a process that allows high-quality, wash-resistant designs to be printed on synthetic fabrics such as polyester, by sublimating the ink directly into the fabric fibers.
