The base fabric is Polyester Lycra - Cairo of 220 gr/m2, with a composition of 90% polyester and 10% elastane, a weight of 220 gr/m2 and a width of 150 cm. Its printed design has standard complexity and is colorful, decorative, and features a vectorial pattern with leaves and plants in multicolored tones. This fabric could be combined with solid colors such as red, green, blue, yellow, and black. The fabric is printed with the design on one side using digital textile printing.
The general characteristics of the fabric are its soft-touch elastic texture, chlorine resistance, and very high UV protection 50+. Regarding the printed design, it is a complex design that adds a decorative and natural touch to any garment made with this fabric. Additionally, its colorful style makes it a prominent choice for youthful and modern garments and accessories.
Among the applications and uses of the fabric, its use in sportswear, swimwear such as bikinis and swimsuits, lingerie such as bras and bodysuits, tops, knitwear, and scrunchies stands out. Thanks to its elasticity and soft-touch texture, it can also be used to make fitted and comfortable garments such as leggings and bodysuits.
It is important to note some special care instructions for this fabric, such as not bleaching, not tumble drying, not using products with trichloroethylene for dry cleaning, and ironing at a cool temperature to avoid damaging the elastane fibers.
The printing technology used to manufacture this fabric is sublimation (polyester), which consists of printing through a chemical process that fixes the pigments on the surface of the fabric, allowing the reproduction of designs in high quality and durability.
