The base fabric is a pleated crepe gauze, called Bangkok, made of 100% polyester, with a weight of 90 gr/m2 and a width of 150 cm. The printed design has standard complexity with an artistic and colorful style, depicting plants and leaves, with the main colors being white, off-white, charcoal red, and cinnamon orange. This fabric can be combined with plain colors such as pale pink, aqua green, or sky blue.
The fabric is digitally printed on one side only, meaning it is not double-sided but single-sided. Its pleated finish and translucent visual texture give the fabric an elegant and distinguished look.
The general characteristics of the fabric and design are lightness, softness, fluidity, and adaptability to different styles and uses. The fabric is suitable for making lingerie, dresses, skirts, blouses, scarves, or handkerchiefs, among others, for the summer season.
Among the applications and uses of the fabric, we can highlight its use in making wedding dresses and in womens and mens fashion, as well as in the production of sarongs and accessories.
For fabric care, it is recommended not to bleach, wash at a maximum temperature of 30°C, do not tumble dry, and iron at a cool temperature. It also allows dry cleaning, except with trichloroethylene.
The printing technology used to manufacture this fabric is polyester sublimation, which is based on the use of inks that transform into vapor when heat and pressure are applied, penetrating the fabric and creating an image with great fidelity and color saturation.
