The base fabric is the Fine Water-Repellent Fabric - Storm, a technical fabric made of 100% polyester with a weight of 70 gr/m2 and a width of 145 cm. The distinctive feature of this fabric is its water repellency, making it ideal for garments such as jackets and raincoats, as well as shower curtains in homes and hotels. Additionally, its thin and smooth texture makes it perfect for prints and decoration. The printed design on this fabric is characterized by being abstract, with color splashes predominantly in green and purple tones, referencing modern and decorative art. It also combines shades of seafoam and purple jam. This design can be complemented with solid colors in green, lilac, and white, among others. It is important to note that this fabric is printed with the design on one side using digital textile printing.
The Fine Water-Repellent Fabric - Storm has a water-repellent finish that makes it resistant to water and stains. Additionally, it has a soft and delicate feel that is pleasant to the touch. On the other hand, the printed design has standard complexity in terms of the number of elements that compose it, and its drawn style is suitable for creating an artistic effect on any garment or product made with it.
The suggested applications or uses for this fabric are varied; it can be used to create clothing for men, women, and children, especially jackets and raincoats, as well as shower curtains for homes and hotels. Furthermore, it can be used in the creation of sports products thanks to its water-repellent capacity. To ensure proper preservation of this fabric, it is recommended not to bleach, wash at a maximum temperature of 40 °C, and iron at a cool temperature without using a tumble dryer.
The printing technology used to manufacture the Fine Water-Repellent Fabric - Storm is sublimation on polyester, a heat-based digital printing process that allows for faithful and detailed reproduction of designs without sacrificing the quality and durability of the fabric. This printing method is widely used in the creation of fabrics for garment manufacturing and decorative products.
