Se trata de un tejido con relieve y al ser impreso presenta fuerza de color en las fibras más externas quedando en su color natural las fibras internas. Puede presentar pequeñas trazas, hilos o borra dada su naturaleza reciclada y cuya aparición, aunque se de en un % bajo de ocasiones, es totalmente arbitraria e inevitable. |
The Tweed - Chanel fabric is a tweed-type fabric made of 100% polyester. Its weight is 420 gr/m2 and its width is 150 cm. The printed design is characterized by its modern, bright, and drawn style, with wave shapes in main colors such as cranberry blue, plum pink, and navy blue. This design could be perfectly combined with solid colors such as white, black, or grey to achieve a sophisticated and elegant look.
The fabric is printed with the stamped design on one side by digital textile printing, which means that it is not a double-sided printed fabric but printed on one side only. The texture is rigid and provides a special touch on contact.
The combination of the fabric and its printed design offer general characteristics of high quality and durability, because the fabric is resistant and the digital printing design provides guarantees of vibrant and clear colors for a long time.
The applications and uses of the fabric are wide, as it can be used for both mens and womens fashion, specifically for jackets, blazers, coats, skirts, dresses, blousons, vests, shorts, and bow ties. It is important to note that the Tweed - Chanel fabric requires certain specific care to maintain its quality, such as not bleaching, washing at a maximum temperature of 30°C, dry cleaning is allowed, ironing at a cool temperature and it cannot be tumble dried.
The printing technology used to manufacture the fabric is polyester sublimation, which consists of transferring ink from paper to fabric using heat. This process allows colors to be vibrant and long-lasting, which guarantees the appearance of the printed design on the fabric.
