Esta referencia de tela está fabricada a partir de botellas de plástico reciclado PET e hilo de poliéster reciclado, por lo que puede presentar pequeñas trazas, hilos o borra dada su naturaleza reciclada y cuya aparición, aunque se de en un % bajo de ocasiones, es totalmente arbitraria e inevitable. También presenta unos indices de encogimiento relevantes que pueden oscilar entre un 4-9 % de encogimiento a lo largo del tejido y un 2% al ancho en función de la pieza. |
The base fabric is Recycled PET Canvas - Dallas, a type of canvas made of 100% polyester, with a weight of 260 gr/m2 and a width of 160 cm. This canvas has GRS certification and is sustainable, as it is made from recycled materials. As for the printed design, it is characterized by its artistic style and simplicity, with curved shapes derived from painting. The main colors of the design are cotton white, cloud grey, and baby blue. This fabric is printed with the design on one side using digital textile printing.
On one hand, the base fabric has a rough and rigid texture, which gives it great resistance and durability. On the other hand, the printed design is characterized by being opaque and having high color quality, thanks to sublimation printing technology.
In terms of applications and uses, this canvas is ideal for home decoration, such as baskets, cushions, or frames, and for making accessories like backpacks or wallets. It is also perfect for upholstering sofas, chairs, or armchairs.
For maintenance, it is recommended not to bleach, wash at a maximum temperature of 30ºC, allow dry cleaning with solvents, iron at a cool temperature, and tumble dry at a reduced temperature.
The design is printed using sublimation, a technology that allows printing on polyester fabrics using special inks that turn into vapor when heat and pressure are applied. In this way, the inks adhere to the fabric and resist fading and wear.
