The Athens Cotton-Touch Jersey Knit Fabric is composed of 81% polyester, 15% acrylic, and 4% elastane, giving it a soft, elastic, and very comfortable texture to the touch. It has a weight of 239 gr/m2 and a width of 150 cm. The printed design features standard complexity, a tropical and decorative style, with nature elements represented by plants and leaves in various colors, with multicolor being predominant. This fabric can be combined with solid colors such as black, white, beige, or olive green, allowing for a wide range of uses in making fashion garments, bedding, and home textiles.
The fabric is printed on one side using digital textile printing, which ensures the sharpness and definition of the printed design, leaving no residue or stains on the reverse side of the fabric. This technique is very versatile and allows for the creation of complex designs with a wide variety of colors.
The general characteristics of this fabric include its softness and elasticity, making it ideal for making form-fitting garments such as tops, cardigans, pajamas, socks, scarves, and stoles. It can also be used to create blankets for the living room or bedroom, napkins, and childrens clothing.
It is important to note the care instructions for this fabric: avoid chlorination, wash at maximum temperatures of 30ºC, do not tumble dry, and iron at low temperatures. Dry cleaning with trichloroethylene is not recommended.
Finally, the printing technology used on this fabric is sublimation, which involves transferring the ink of the printed design from special paper to the fabric using heat and pressure. This allows for the creation of images with high-definition precision and quality, guaranteeing an exceptional result in the final design.
