The Bangkok pleated Crepe Chiffon fabric features a vibrant, botanical printed design with pictorial and artistic floral motifs. The main colors are multicolor, resulting in a blend of bright and lively tones that convey energy and joy. Additionally, it allows for combination with other solid colors such as white, black, shades of pink, green, and blue.
The fabric is printed with the stamped design on one side using digital textile printing. The pleated Crepe Chiffon is translucent and has a pleated finish that gives it an elegant and delicate touch. The visual texture of the fabric is level and soft to the touch. The fabric is 100% POLYESTER, which gives it great strength, durability, and ease of handling.
Among the applications and uses of this fabric are lingerie, wedding dresses, skirts, blouses, scarves, and handkerchiefs. It is ideal for the production of fashion garments, for both women and men, and can also be used in swimwear and sarongs.
Regarding the care of this fabric, it is important not to bleach it and to wash it at a maximum temperature of 30ºC. It can be dry cleaned, except with trichloroethylene, and it is recommended to iron it at a cool temperature. It should also not be tumble dried.
The printing technology used to manufacture this fabric is sublimation, which consists of transferring ink from special paper printed by means of a high-quality printer to the surface of the fabric, creating a complete integration of the colors and details of the printed design into the fabric. Digital textile printing is one of the most advanced and sustainable processes in the manufacture of printed fabrics, as it allows for greater precision and quality in the reproduction of images and designs, in addition to minimizing environmental impact and reducing material waste.
