The Recycled Lycra fabric - Recycled features a decorative printed design, with floral nature motifs in indigo purple, sun yellow, and cherry red tones. These main colors are complemented very well by solid shades of deep blue, silver gray, and soft pink.
Printed on one side using digital textile printing, the design stands out for its softness and elasticity, also offering a chlorine-resistant finish and very high UV protection 50+. These characteristics are inherent to the base fabric, which has a weight of 190 gr/m2 and a composition of 85% polyester and 15% elastane, making it suitable for swimwear and sportswear.
Recycled Lycra - Recycled is mainly used for making bikinis, swimsuits, hair ties and scrunchies, as well as for fashion garments. In addition, it has GRS certification and is sustainable as it is a recycled fabric.
Regarding care, the fabric should not be bleached or dry cleaned, and it is recommended to iron it at a cool temperature and not use a tumble dryer.
This fabric is manufactured with sublimation printing technology on polyester, which allows for a high quality and long-lasting result. The print dyes the fibers of the fabric creating a permanent bond between the ink and the fabric, without leaving a superficial layer as happens with other printing techniques.
