The Atenas Cotton-Feel Jersey Knit fabric features a simply complex, botanical-style print, inspired by the floral nature of roses, artistic flowers, and pictorial florals. The main colors of the design are dark black, pepper red, and night black. This fabric is printed with the design on one side using digital textile printing. In terms of its general characteristics, the fabric is soft and elastic to the touch, allowing for the creation of comfortable and body-hugging garments. The print, meanwhile, adds a touch of freshness and elegance to the garment.
The Atenas Cotton-Feel Jersey Knit fabric can be used for various purposes and applications, ranging from making clothing such as jerseys, tops, dresses, cardigans, knitwear, scarves, and socks, to manufacturing home blankets. Thanks to its composition of 81% polyester, 15% acrylic, and 4% elastane, the fabric is resistant and durable.
It is important to consider the care this fabric should receive to maintain its quality and appearance. It is recommended not to bleach it, wash it at temperatures not exceeding 30ºC, and iron it at a cool temperature. It can also be dry cleaned, except with trichloroethylene, and should not be tumble dried.
The printing technology used to manufacture this fabric is sublimation, which consists of printing the image onto transfer paper and transferring it to the fabric using heat and pressure. This technique guarantees high quality and sharpness in the print, as well as its long durability. The fabric comes in a width of 150 cm and a grammage of 239 gr/m2, which makes it suitable for making quality garments and accessories.
