Esta referencia de tela está fabricada a partir de botellas de plástico reciclado PET e hilo de poliéster reciclado, por lo que puede presentar pequeñas trazas, hilos o borra dada su naturaleza reciclada y cuya aparición, aunque se de en un % bajo de ocasiones, es totalmente arbitraria e inevitable. También presenta unos indices de encogimiento relevantes que pueden oscilar entre un 4-9 % de encogimiento a lo largo del tejido y un 2% al ancho en función de la pieza. |
The base fabric is Recycled PET Canvas - Dallas, a canvas-type fabric with a composition of 100% polyester, a weight of 260 gr/m2, and a width of 160 cm. Its design is characterized by being drawn and botanical, with stripe and circle shapes and motifs of artistic and pictorial flowers. The predominant colors are MistyRose pink, Zorro orange, and hazelnut green. In addition, this fabric is digitally printed on one side.
In terms of characteristics, Recycled PET Canvas - Dallas stands out for its rough, rigid, and opaque texture, making it ideal for manufacturing various decorative objects such as paintings, cushions, baskets, embroidery hoops, placemats, sofa upholstery, among others. Likewise, the printed design allows for the creation of fashion accessories such as pants, handbags, backpacks, and hats.
It is important to note that this fabric requires specific care such as avoiding bleaching, washing at maximum temperatures of 30ºC, dry cleaning with solvents, ironing at a cool temperature, and tumble drying at a reduced temperature. These care instructions ensure the durability of the fabric and the printed design.
The printing technology used in the manufacturing of Recycled PET Canvas - Dallas is sublimation (polyester). This printing process allows the pigments of the printed design to chemically bond to the polyester fiber of the fabric, thus ensuring durability and resistance to fading and washing.
In addition, Recycled PET Canvas - Dallas has GRS certification, which guarantees the use of recycled materials in its manufacturing and its commitment to environmental sustainability. As for solid color combinations, this fabric pairs perfectly with neutral tones such as gray, cream, or beige, as well as with bolder tones such as blue or yellow.
