The Lycra Polyester fabric - Nairobi is an elastic fabric with a composition of 82% polyester and 18% elastane, with a weight of 270g/m2 and a width of 150cm. The printed design on this fabric is an abstract pattern of drops in light orange and cotton white tones, with an artistic style, suitable for home decor and drawn. This simple complexity design can be combined with solid colors such as white, black, brown, and orange.
The fabric is printed with a single-sided design using digital textile printing, which means that only one side of the fabric has the design printed. The fabric is elastic and chlorine resistant, and also has a finish that makes it UV resistant with very high protection of 50+.
Among the applications and uses of this fabric are lingerie, swimwear in the form of swimsuits and bikinis, the manufacture of leotards and sports leggings, as well as for swimwear fashion garments.
For fabric care, it is important not to bleach it and wash it at a maximum temperature of 40ºC. Dry cleaning can be done (except with trichloroethylene) and ironed at low temperature. It cannot be tumble dried.
The printing technology used to manufacture this fabric is polyester sublimation, which allows for a high quality and durable finish in the printed design.
