The base fabric for this design is called Recycled Lycra - Seal of 230 gr/m2, an elastic fabric with a weight of 230 gr/m2 composed mainly of polyester and elastane. The printed design features a botanical and tropical style with artistic representations of plants, leaves, and flowers in green tones (43.19% Sage Green, 21.32% DarkOliveGreen, and 15.68% Army Green). For combination, plain tones such as white, black, gray, and brown can be used.
The fabric is printed with the design on one side using digital textile printing. This technique uses special inks that adhere to the fabric surface, ensuring the durability of the design.
The fabric has several important characteristics that make it ideal for different applications and uses. For example, its elastic texture and chlorine resistance make it perfect for swimwear, lingerie, leotards, and sports leggings. Additionally, its high UV protection factor (UPF 50+) makes it ideal for use in streetwear and sportswear.
The fabric can be easily cared for by washing it at a maximum temperature of 40°C and ironing it at a low temperature. Furthermore, it cannot be bleached or tumble dried. To avoid damage, it is recommended not to dry clean it and to follow the specific care instructions for each garment.
The fabric is produced using sublimation technology, which is a heat printing process where the ink turns into gas and penetrates the fabric surface, forming a chemical bond that ensures the durability of the design. Additionally, this printing technique is sustainable and environmentally friendly.
