The Lycra Polyester fabric - Nairobi is an elastic fabric with a weight of 270 gr/m2, composed of 82% polyester and 18% elastane, with a soft texture and chlorine resistance. Its printed design features an artistic and decorative style, with a graphic pattern composed of stripes in floral purple, jay blue, and eggplant purple tones. This design could be combined with solid colors such as white, black, or even greenish tones. It is important to note that the fabric is printed with the design on one side using digital textile printing.
The fabric, in addition to being elastic and soft to the touch, has a chlorine-resistant finish and a high UV protection factor of 50+. The printed design has excellent image quality and high durability. As for the applications and uses of the fabric, it can be used for sportswear such as swimsuits, bikinis, leotards, or leggings, as well as for underwear and swimwear.
It is recommended to wash the fabric at a maximum temperature of 40ºC, without bleaching or using a dryer. Likewise, it can be dry cleaned except for trichloroethylene and ironed at a cool temperature.
The printing technology used to manufacture this fabric is sublimation, which allows for excellent image quality and high durability of the printed design. This technology consists of transferring ink through heat and pressure directly to the fabric, which allows for high-definition printing without leaving residues on the fabric surface.
