Satin - Amsterdam

The base fabric is Amsterdam Satin, a satin/satin with a composition of 100% polyester, a weight of 120 gr/m², and a width of 150 cm. As for the printed design, it stands out with its hypnotic black and white diamond shapes, featuring a modern home decor style. Additionally, the fabric has a shiny and smooth texture to the touch, ideal for fashion applications such as shirts, blouses, skirts, jumpsuits, tops, trousers, among others. Its main colors are midnight black, cotton white, and silver gray, which combine perfectly with solid colors like red and turquoise.

This fabric is digitally printed with the design on one side, allowing for great definition and contrast in colors and shapes. The general characteristics of the fabric and the printed design are softness to the touch, resistance to humidity, easy handling during cutting, and high print quality. Furthermore, thanks to its soft and fluid weave, it is perfect for light and airy garments with an elegant drape.

Amsterdam Satin fabric is ideal for fashion applications such as shirts, blouses, skirts, jumpsuits, tops, trousers, pajamas, and lingerie dresses for brides. It can also be used for accessories like scarves and kimonos. As for the season, it is timeless but can be ideal for fall/winter 2021 collections.

Regarding care, it is important not to bleach the fabric and to maintain a maximum washing temperature of 40 degrees Celsius. It can be dry cleaned except with trichloroethylene and ironed at a warm temperature. It can also be tumble dried at a reduced temperature.

Finally, the printing technology used to manufacture this fabric is sublimation (polyester), which allows for high definition and print quality on synthetic fabrics like polyester.
