The Target Windproof Waterproof fabric is a technical fabric made of 100% polyester with a weight of 116 gr/m2 and a width of 145 cm. Additionally, this fabric is waterproof and has a thin texture to the touch. It is a fabric specially designed for sports and winter fashion garments, such as jackets, down jackets, and raincoats. As for the printed design, it is an abstract and watercolor style print, with simply drawn lines and a touch of modern art. The design consists of a main color palette that includes cotton white, purple dragon purple, and shy pink. This design could be combined with other plain colors such as black or grey to create an interesting contrast.
It is important to note that this fabric is printed with the stamped design on one side by digital textile printing, which means that the image is printed only on one side of the fabric.
Regarding the general characteristics of this fabric, it is worth mentioning its waterproof finish, which makes it ideal for garments that need to protect from wind and rain. In addition, its thin texture makes it easy to work with in garment manufacturing, allowing for a good drape and great freedom of movement.
As for the applications and uses of this fabric, it is important to note that it is especially suitable for the manufacture of sports and winter fashion garments, such as jackets, down jackets, and raincoats. This is due to its waterproof finish and thin texture, which allow for great freedom of movement and comfort.
It is important to note that this fabric requires certain special care, such as not bleaching it, washing it at a maximum temperature of 40ºC, and ironing it at a cool temperature. In addition, it should not be dry cleaned or tumble dried.
Finally, it is worth noting that the printing technology used to manufacture this fabric is sublimation (polyester), a digital printing technique that allows inks to be fixed to the fibers of the fabric, ensuring high quality and durability of the printed design.
