Satin fabric, also known as Satin - Amsterdam, is a fabric with a 100% polyester composition, a weight of 120 gr/m2, and a width of 150 cm. Its printed design features Vichy-style plaid shapes in multi-colors.
This design stands out for its shiny visual texture and smooth, thin feel, which gives it an elegant and sophisticated appearance. It would combine perfectly with solid colors in pastel or neutral tones, bringing balance and contrast to any garment made with this fabric.
The fabric is printed with the patterned design on one side using digital textile printing. This system allows inks to be applied to the fabric precisely and with maximum resolution quality, creating a durable print resistant to washing and rubbing.
In terms of general characteristics, it is a fabric with great softness to the touch and elegant fluidity in movement, which is perfect for garments that require drape and refined details. In addition, it is a versatile fabric suitable for a wide range of applications and uses, including womens and mens fashion such as blouses, skirts, pants, and tops, as well as lingerie and accessories such as scarves.
For its care, it is recommended not to bleach, wash at a maximum temperature of 40°C, iron at a warm temperature, and not tumble dry at high temperature. It is suitable for dry cleaning, except with trichloroethylene.
The printing technology used in this fabric is sublimation with polyester, a method that allows the design inks to be transferred from printed paper to the fabric through heat and pressure. This printing system creates a smooth and homogeneous print, without ink accumulation on the fabric surface, which allows for perfect sharpness of details and color throughout the fabric.
