The Recycled Sport Polyester fabric - Basic has a composition of 93% polyester and 7% elastomer, with a weight of 145 gr/m2 and a width of 145 cm. It is a timeless fabric certified with GRS and sustainably made from recycled materials. This fabric has a soft and smooth texture and touch that make it ideal for making sportswear, swimwear, bermudas, and shirts, for women, men, and children.
As for the design, we find a mix of vibrant and striking colors in multicolor tones, which blend over a pattern of abstract spots, creating a visually attractive and modern combination. The design falls within the drawn, modern art, and chinoiserie styles, which gives it a standard complexity, distinguishing it as an original proposal. The fabric is printed with this design on one side by digital textile printing, and can be combined with solid tones in black, white, gray, red or blue, among others.
Among the relevant characteristics of the fabric and its print, we find its high durability, resistance to stretching and wear, as well as its easy handling for making garments. This recycled fabric becomes a perfect option for sportswear, given its breathability and adaptability to the body, and it is also suitable for various nautical and outdoor activities.
Regarding the care instructions for this fabric, it should be washed at a maximum temperature of 40 °C and without bleach. It is recommended to iron at a cool temperature and not to use a tumble dryer.
For the manufacture of the fabric, sublimation printing technology is used, which allows the design to be transferred through heat and pressure, achieving a high-quality and high-resolution finish in the print. In this way, it is possible to obtain precise and detailed results in the print, which makes it ideal for designs that require a high level of detail and vibrant colors. It is important to note that this printing process is performed on only one side of the fabric, which ensures that the print quality is not affected by the garment manufacturing process.
