The Recycled Lycra - Recycled fabric is a soft, elastic, and chlorine-resistant fabric with very high UV protection of 50+. Its printed design combines artistic and floral elements, with a predominance of cotton white, night black, and dark carnation pink. Additionally, it could be combined with solid colors in pink, white, or black tones to enhance the print. The fabric is digitally printed with the design on one side only. Its characteristics include softness, elasticity, and chlorine resistance. It is also sustainable and certified with the GRS seal.
This fabric is ideal for multiple applications, such as making bikinis, swimsuits, scrunchies, or hair ties. Its versatility makes it perfect for swimwear or to complement any summer outfit. To maintain its quality, specific care instructions must be followed, such as washing at a maximum temperature of 40ºC, not bleaching, ironing at a cool temperature, and avoiding dry cleaning or tumble drying.
The printing technology used to manufacture this fabric is sublimation, which consists of printing the design on a transfer paper sheet and then applying it to the fabric using heat and pressure in a specialized machine. This process ensures that the design adheres to the fabric permanently with sharp and durable image quality.
