The base fabric is the Bi-elastic Twill - Lisbon, composed of 97% polyester and 3% elastane, with a weight of 209 gr/m2. Its width is 150 cm, and it is recommended to clean at a maximum temperature of 30ºC and iron at a cool temperature. This fabric is ideal for use in fashion for both women and men, in garments such as trousers, skirts, jeans, shorts, and Bermuda shorts, as well as for accessories and home decoration, including cushions and napkins.
The printed design of this fabric is characterized by a decorative graphic pattern, drawn with hearts in cotton white, construction cone orange, and light orange colors, creating an attractive and striking composition. This design combines perfectly with solid tones in white, orange, and yellow to achieve a summery and fresh style. It should be noted that the fabric is printed on one side using polyester sublimation technology, keeping the unprinted surface of the fabric smooth.
The Bi-elastic Twill - Lisbon presents favorable characteristics such as its roughness and soft texture, as well as its elasticity, which makes it a comfortable fabric that is easy to adjust to different garments and accessories. In addition, it offers great durability, being resistant to wrinkles and deformations. This printed design is ideal for creating cheerful and creative garments, with a wide variety of options for decorating the home, being an aesthetic and functional option for making cushions or napkins.
It is important to consider the necessary care for this fabric, as it is not recommended to use bleach or tumble dry, and it should be dry cleaned except with trichloroethylene. In addition, it is advised to iron at a low temperature and with care to avoid damaging the fabric and the printed design.
The printing technology used in this fabric is called sublimation, which is based on the transfer of pigments through heat. The ink is printed on dry transfer paper and then placed in contact with the fabric, which is subjected to high temperatures, generating a reaction in which the ink sublimes from the paper to the fabric. In this way, a faithful copy of the design is achieved, and resistance to washing and the appearance of cracks or stains is guaranteed.
