Tweed - Chanel fabric is a type of tweed with a composition of 100% polyester and a weight of 420 gr/m2, with a width of 150 cm. Its printed design is characterized by a combination of botanical and floral patterns, with predominant colors such as green and yellow. In addition, it combines with other plain colors such as black and white, allowing for great versatility in its use.
This fabric is printed with the patterned design on one side using digital textile printing. The texture and feel of the fabric are rigid, which provides greater consistency to the garment made.
Among the applications and uses of the fabric, highlights include womens and mens fashion, such as jackets, blazers, coats, skirts, dresses, bomber jackets, among others, as well as cushions for the living room, bedroom, and kitchen, or even as outdoor cushions.
Regarding care, this fabric requires not being bleached and not being subjected to temperatures above 30ºC, and although dry cleaning is allowed, the use of trichloroethylene is discouraged. In addition, it is recommended to iron at cool temperatures and not use a dryer.
Finally, the printing technology used to manufacture this fabric is sublimation (polyester), which allows for greater durability of colors and greater definition of printed drawings and designs.
